 Diana Cerritos, President and CEO of Trinity Financial Group has over 27 years of experience in the commercial lending field. She began her career as a loan agent in 1984 working with single family borrowers. In 1985 she expanded her focus to include income property loans. At that time, brokering commercial mortgages was in its infancy. In 1988 Diana added experience in the private money sector to her resume. In 1995, she earned her broker’s license from the State of California and that same year she founded Trinity Financial Group. As a result of her extensive experience, Diana knows the mortgage lending process from beginning to end. She understands how to qualify a property and a borrower. She oversees the processing procedure and underwrites the package to lender’s specifications. She knows what it takes to get your loan closed.
